You can now receive a timely e-mail informing you of all new
patches and service packs, product documentation, and white papers that
have been added to the Online Support Center. To set up your subscription, login and click "Subscriptions" in the "My Account"
area.
If you need help to accomplish a task, have a question about
the software, or need help working around a bug, please contact us
using this form. This service is available only to
maintenance users and paid support subscribers within the United
States. (Login required).
If you have encountered a bug in our software and simply wish
to report it, please tell us about the problem using this form. Catalyst
will enter it in its bug tracking system but will not reply directly to
you. This service is available to all
users.
If you need assistance with working around a bug, please use
the Technical Support Request form.
If you would like to see some further functionality or think
that the software experience could be improved, please submit an
enhancement request. Catalyst values our customer's opinions and input
regarding our product feature development. This service is
available to all users. (Login required, as we may need to contact you
