Catalyst Communications Technologies, a leader in Radio over IP and IP network-based interoperability solutions, announced it has provided Bexar Metro 911 (Texas) with an IP-based backup dispatch and radio interoperability system. The network software and radio solution was accepted in April 2004 and has been serving the Bexar County Sherriff's Office since that time.
