Since the company was founded in 1997, Catalyst has emerged as a market leader in providing Radio Control over IP solutions to the mobile radio industry. Personnel & Management Team

Catalyst personnel build upon decades of experience in land-mobile radio and other wireless communications systems, software development, and computer technologies to create new solutions for the critical communications market. Senior company officials have held positions in engineering and product development at Ericsson and GE. Catalyst personnel hold bachelor and graduate engineering degrees from Universities such as Virginia, James Madison, Liberty, and Southern California. Catalyst employees also hold graduate business degrees and liberal arts degrees from institutions such as the University of Vermont, Lynchburg College, Florida Atlantic University, and Park University.

Robin Grier

President Robin has over twenty years of experience designing, marketing, and implementing critical wireless communications systems for public safety, government, and utility customers with Catalyst, Ericsson (now Harris), and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).

Mike Schools

Director of Engineering: Mike has 25 years of experience in the design and development of distributed networked communication solutions for both data and voice applications. He leads Catalyst’s ever-growing technology development in Voice over IP solutions for customers which include federal agencies, municipalities and utility companies.

Chris Worsham

Manager of Operations and Customer Service: Chris has been implementing Catalyst solutions for Public Safety, Federal, Utilities, Education and other agencies since 2006.
