Since the company was founded in 1997, Catalyst has emerged as a market leader in providing Radio Control over IP solutions to the mobile radio industry. We are an innovator in Radio Control over IP technology, serving public safety, government, energy, transportation and other commercial needs throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
Our mission is to make critical communications easy, accessible, and reliable. To achieve this goal, we use our expertise in IP networking, radio systems, intelligent control of mobile radios, and intuitive interface technologies to design products that will connect first responders, energy workers, government agencies, and other critical communicators when it matters most. Catalyst service and support services are also designed for critical communications, including professional 24/7 technical support, field support, and software update services.
Catalyst is a privately held corporation physically located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, headquartered in Forest, Virginia, with a second engineering facility located in Blacksburg, Virginia. This part of central Virginia provides the best of both worlds - a pleasant, rural setting and the resources to support a modern high technology organization.
Catalyst fosters a highly charged working environment that encourages innovation and dedication. Catalyst personnel work closely with our customers, business partners, and local research institutions to create leading edge solutions with superior quality. We are a family-friendly company, offering flextime, an attractive benefits package, and other support mechanisms.
