Software and Solutions Introduction

Catalyst provides Primary and Back-up Dispatch and Interoperability solutions based on Radio control over IP (RCoIP) technology for the mobile radio industry. Catalyst provides four applications that are the user facing software tools which are used for Primary Dispatch, Backup Dispatch, and/or Interoperability applications. These applications can be used in conjunction with one another within an overall system designed to improve the effectiveness of critical communications for public safety, transportation, energy, and government agencies.

Catalyst’s Primary Dispatch Solution is our IP|Console client. IP|Console is a cost effective, full-featured Radio Control over IP dispatch solution for P25 (CSSI, FSI, & CAI), SmartNet, EDACS, Conventional and other Land Mobile Radio and Cellular Push to Talk systems. IP|Console provides an intuitive, administrator defined console layout, is built on Catalyst’s scalable and fault tolerant architecture, and is supported by Catalyst’s critical communications grade support.
