Public Safety

Primary Dispatch: Whether you need one console or dozens, Catalyst systems can meet your needs with a flexible full-featured solution.  Learn more about our flagship IP Console product as well as Propulsion, our console for small and medium-sized organizations.

Mobile Command: Outfit your mobile command vehicle with the most powerful dispatch and interoperability solution on the market.  Exchange voice messages on P25, DMR, SMARTNET, EDACS, and other radio systems.   Enable custom interoperability to accelerate operations and safeguard personnel and property.  Mix and match a full spectrum of user devices from our thin Desktop Dispatch client to our basic Propulsion console or even our full featured IP Console.  Supplement operations with our IP Soft application and our Interoperability management tool, IntelliLink.

Incident Command: Take control of on-scene radio communications with ICE.  Simultaneously monitor multiple frequency bands from a single controller, patch those channels together locally, and playback recent calls, all using a single laptop computer.  Use the same device as a Digital Vehicular Repeater, saving cost, space, and time.

Backup Dispatch: Provide continuity of operations with Catalyst’s flexible tools to temporarily replace your primary consoles.  Using a wireless connection to your radio system and a variety of Internet Protocol (IP) connections, re-locate your dispatch operations when your primary facility is unavailable.  Choose from IP Console, Propulsion, or Desktop Dispatch depending on your unique needs.

Interoperability:  Catalyst’s industry leading IntelliLink solution intelligently brings together multiple legacy (SMARTNET, EDACS, MDC-1200, LTR, etc.) and current radio protocols (Project 25, DMR, Opensky, etc.) as well as different frequency bands (Low Band, VHF, UHF, 700 MHz, and 800 MHz).  Intellilink manages the flow of audio as it is routed between these systems so that critical audio is preserved.

Private Ambulance

Primary Dispatch: Catalyst systems can grow and evolve to meet your needs with a variety of solutions. IP Console is full featured including integrated paging and instant playback. Propulsion provides a touchscreen interface with rich graphics for small and medium-sized organizations. As service contracts change, relocate radio system connections and dispatcher locations without rewiring buildings. Catalyst supports the major radio formats including Project 25 (P25), Digital Mobile Radio (DMR), NXDN, and conventional.

Backup Dispatch: Prepare for the worst with cost-effective tools including a dispatch console that runs on a laptop computer. Provide continuity of operations with Catalyst’s flexible tools to temporarily replace your primary consoles. Re-locate your dispatch operations when your primary facility is unavailable using a wireless connection to your radio system and a variety of Internet Protocol (IP) connection. IP Console, Propulsion, or Desktop Dispatch can be mixed and matched to address your unique needs.

Interoperability: Communicate with other public safety and critical intrastructure agencies using IntelliLink. Catalyst intelligently brings together new (P25, DMR, LTE) and legacy radio systems (SMARTNET, EDACS, MDC-1200, LTR, etc.) as well as different frequency bands (Low Band, VHF, UHF, 700 MHz, and 800 MHz). Intellilink manages the flow of audio as it is routed between these systems so that critical audio is preserved.

Utility

Primary Dispatch: Organizations ranging from small co-ops to large investor owned utilities benefit from Catalyst solutions.  Our architecture is well-suited for companies with multiple radio towers using the same or different radio protocols.  Smaller organizations may prefer our Propulsion console while larger companies may need the additional capabilities of IP Console.

Service Centers:  provide valuable capabilities to multi-tasking personnel in field offices like integrated instant call playback, call history logs that can be viewed real-time and accessed locally as electronic files and a software-only radio that frees up precious work space.  Choose from IP Console, Propulsion, or Desktop Dispatch depending on your unique needs.

Support Desks:  Staff up quickly to meet critical needs by rapidly allowing additional personnel to communicate with radio users in the field using their individual personal computer or tablet.  Run other applications on this same machine.

Migration:  Catalyst’s industry leading IntelliLink solution manages the flow of audio as it is routed between legacy and new radio systems so that critical audio is preserved.  Catalyst consoles simultaneously support multiple legacy and current radio systems so that a single dispatcher can communicate with field users on multiple channels.
