Catalyst Administrator Installation Support
Catalyst Voice over IP products are typically provided via pre-loaded and tested Gateway Servers, Consoles, and Remote Client software on compact disks to be installed on your own desktop or laptop personal computers or tablets. Our products include manuals at no additional charge. We also provide unlimited free telephone and email support to Administrators during the product warranty period to insure our products are operating correctly. Paid assisted support options are available for issues that are not covered by warranty. Administrator training classes are offered either at the Catalyst manufacturing facility in Forest, VA or at your location.

Product Integrated Help System
All Catalyst product software includes an integrated Help system to provide immediate assistance to your staff. The system includes graphics and links and operates concurrently with the product so that your staff can grow their understanding at their own speed and get answers quickly.
