Since the company was founded in 1997, Catalyst has emerged as a market leader in providing Radio Control over IP solutions to Critical Communications agencies. We are an innovator in Radio Control over IP technology, serving public safety, government, utility, education, and other agencies using Push-To-Talk voice communications.

Our mission is to make critical communications easy, accessible, and reliable. To achieve this goal, we use our expertise in IP networking, radio systems, intelligent control of mobile radios, and intuitive interface technologies to design products that will connect first responders, critical infrastructure workers, government agencies, and other critical communicators when it matters most. Catalyst service and support services are also designed for critical communications, including professional 24/7 technical support, field support, and software update services.


Catalyst personnel build upon decades of experience in land-mobile radio and other wireless communications systems, software development, and computer technologies to create new solutions for the dispatch market.


Robin has thirty years of experience designing, marketing, and implementing critical wireless communications systems. He has been president of Catalyst since 1997 and previously worked for Ericsson (now Harris) and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).


Vice President of Marketing
Jack has more than 30 years of executive sales and marketing leadership with public, private and venture backed technology companies. Jack's association with Catalyst began in 1997.


Director of Business Excellence
Steve has 40 years of quality, programs and operations leadership experience with high technology companies with the last 20 years in LMR technology programs and operations. This includes the highest customer service, process, and operational excellence levels.


Vice President of Engineering
Mike has thirty-five years of experience in the design and development of distributed networked communication solutions for both data and voice applications. He has led Catalyst’s technology development in Voice over IP solutions since 2005 and previously worked for General Electric and Union Switch and Signal.


Manager of Operations and Customer Service
Chris has been implementing Catalyst solutions for Public Safety, Federal, Utilities, Education and other agencies since 2006 and formerly served as a volunteer fire fighter.


Vice President of Sales
John has more than 30 years of experience and brings a solid track record of building successful sales teams and GTM strategies for technology companies.
